Want to know where to look for conservative blogger Andrew Sullivan, who writes The Dish?
On some days, such as one afternoon late last week, he was pacing outside Starbucks in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington talking on his cell phone. The topics of his conversation included (in no particular order): policy innovation, gay marriage and his brother’s birthday.
