Sesame Workshop Asks Obama Campaign To Take Down Anti-Romney Big Bird Ad

This morning a new anti-Romney ad featuring Big Bird hit the Barack Obama YouTube channel.  Currently stuck at 315 views, the video has gone viral immediately, but it looks like it’s not going to last as Sesame Street has requested that the ad be taken down.

In a post on the Sesame Workshop blog, the children’s television workshop writes, “Sesame Workshop is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization and we do not endorse candidates or participate in political campaigns.
