Seinfeld's Jackie Chiles is Back and Living in Los Angeles

First we got the Seinfeld reunion on Curb Your Enthusiasm, now everyone’s favorite Johnny Cochran impersonator Jacky Chiles is back doing videos for Funny-or-Die. And, apparently, he’s moved to Los Angeles. He also drops the bombshell that Barack Obama is part Chinese.
