Sega Is Climbing Into the WWE Ring With Mobile Game WWE Tap Mania

The idle game is being developed by The Tap Lab, and it will feature a variety of past and present WWE Superstars.

While few gameplay details were revealed, in a release, WWE and Sega said the game will allow players to climb leaderboards during live in-game events based on some of WWE’s real-world shows, including WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Royal Rumble.

In the release, Naoki Kameda, chief operating officer of Sega’s mobile division in the West, commented:

At Sega, we like to find new ways to bring brands and experiences to a wide mobile gaming audience.
