Seems About Right: NY Media Up For Several NY Emmys

For those of us who are interested in 1) media, 2) New York, 3) awards of which one’s friends have never heard, it is exciting to learn that NY Media has been nominated for several NY Emmys. The New York Emmys, much like the All Over The U.S. Emmys, recognize excellence in television and “video storytelling.” This year’s awards will be held on Sunday, April 18 at the Marriot Marquis in Times Square.

NYC Media is the official television, radio and online network for the city of New York with the goal of “informing, educating and entertaining New Yorkers about the City’s diverse people and neighborhoods, government, services, attractions and activities.” So: Huzzah on the various nominations.
