Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg, former General Counsel Ted Ullyot, Chief Marketing Officer David Fischer, and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal declared their sales of Facebook shares this week with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Sandberg sold 169,756 Facebook class-A shares at $23.54 apiece, and she still holds 15,507,638. In addition, the Sheryl K. Sandberg 2008 Annuity Trust sold 6,696 shares at $23.54 each, and it still holds 1,724,806 shares.

Ullyot sold 34,180 shares at $24.25
