Facebook chief product officer Chris Cox revealed in a Form 4 filing Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that he sold 5,437 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
Cox sold the shares at $76.01 apiece, and he now holds 574,851 shares in the company.
