Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg revealed in a Form 4 filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that she sold off another 283,334 class-A shares of common stock in the company.
Sandberg sold 75,988 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $76.7659 per share, and another 207,346 at $77.5425 apiece, leaving her with 6,228,611.
