The Founders Fund IV sold 318,451 Facebook class-A common shares at $74.02 per share, and another 56,226 at $74.71 each, and it no longer holds any shares in the company.
And The Founders Fund IV Principals Fund sold 100,800 class-A shares at $74.01 each, and another 19,473 at $74.73,
