Facebook Vice President of Business and Marketing Partnerships David Fischer and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal detailed their sales of Facebook shares in Form 4 filings Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Fischer sold 18,000 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $69.76 per share, and another 18,000 shares at $75.94 apiece, leaving him with a total of 363,199 shares in the company.
And Athwal sold 10,000 class-A shares at $75.94 each. He now holds 120,949 shares in Facebook.
