Outgoing Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal revealed their sales of shares in the company in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.
Ebersman sold 11,700 shares of class-A common stock in Facebook at $56.08 apiece, and another 11,700 at $57.56. He now holds 307,303 shares in the company.
And Athwal disposed of 3,000 shares at $60.42 apiece, leaving him with 129,404.
