Facebook Testing Save Feature Again?
Facebook appears to once again be testing a save feature, as Studio Publishing Founder and CEO Dan Birdwhistell shared the screenshots above and below with TechCrunch depicting the feature in action.
Facebook appears to once again be testing a save feature, as Studio Publishing Founder and CEO Dan Birdwhistell shared the screenshots above and below with TechCrunch depicting the feature in action.
The social network tested a save feature on its iOS application in July 2012, and a save feature appeared on select pages the following month.
TechCrunch also pointed to a post from MyTechSkool this past November highlighting a test similar to the one discovered in July 2012.
According to TechCrunch, users in the test group will see save buttons beneath external links, and clicking those buttons saves the linked articles to a “saved” section on their Timelines.
