Samsung, ESPN Take Broadband Pipe to Next Level
ESPN wants to bring the broadband pipe to the next level, developing a free interactive app for HDTV sets from Samsung Electronics, Samsung ESPN Next Level, which will be available exclusively to owners of the consumer-electronics manufacturer’s smart TVs for one year, Multichannel News reports.
Samsung ESPN Next Level offers information, picks of the day’s games, and offerings from ESPN-The Magazine senior writer Peter Keating on statistics, and ESPN will add a ScoreCenter app this fall, according to Multichannel News.
