Salinas Officially Exits Telemundo
October 1 came and went yesterday and so did Mirthala Salinas‘ job at Telemundo.
The television newscaster, whose highly publicized affair with Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa led to a two month suspension from Telemundo’s KVEA TV, failed to report back to work on Monday.
Her absence then led the network to release a statement that she would not be returning…ever. Salinas was due to report to her new gig in the Inland Empire which was a reassignment from her previous post in LA – something she was apparently unhappy about, reports
