Great minds must think alike–the LA Times had a by-the-numbers story on being a celebrity kid, with all the predictable quotes from such notables as Tori Spelling about paying dues (albeit with a Black AmEx) and how lonely is the life of the well-connected. But Chris Ayres, the London Times‘ local embed, pretty much stomps all over such dewy-eyed nonsense.

Ayres doesn’t think that tearing apart the guilt-assuaging myths of the SADOs (Sons and Daughters of) will hamper his social life much. As he explained to us: “I’m assuming my celebrity offspring friends (I do have them, believe it or not) don’t read anything I write”.

And then came Google Alert.
