Russell Brand Arrested At LAX
British comedian Russell Brand joins Kanye West as the latest celebrity to be arrested at LAX, after a scrap with a photographer. The LA Times reports that Brand allegedly argued with and eventually struck a paparazzo who had been following the actor around the airport.
Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting Brand was taken into custody under a citizen’s arrest. The gossip site has video of Brand pushing photographers unprovoked, but the incident didn’t seem to be an arrestable offense.
