Rosenbaum Indictments
The Washington Post reports that the two men charged with killing New York Times’ David Rosenbaum were indicted yesterday on charges that they engaged in a conspiracy involving Rosenbaum and two other holdups on the same day.
The indictments did not come as a surprise, but the scope of the charges and the conspiracy charges are notable.
The indictment charges the two men with one of those robberies: an attack Nov. 17 on a 72-year-old retired police officer.
