Rosenbaum Indictments

The Washington Post reports that the two men charged with killing New York Times’ David Rosenbaum were indicted yesterday on charges that they engaged in a conspiracy involving Rosenbaum and two other holdups on the same day.

The indictment charges the two men with one of those robberies: an attack Nov. 17 on a 72-year-old retired police officer.
