Roll Call: Regan Communications and HarperCollins

Regan Communications Group announced that Frank Quaratiello has been named vice president & managing editor, working directly with team leaders to provide strategic planning and supervision of client services. Frank most recently served as Business Editor at The Boston Herald. Also joining Regan Communications from the Herald is Ira Kantor. Kantor has been named an account executive at RCG, and previously spent the last five years with the Herald, first as an editorial assistant and contributing reporter for the paper’s news section and then as a business reporter for the Herald’s business section, BizSmart.
