Off the Record Strategies announced the expansion of its operations to New York City and has retained Lee Cohen as senior vice president to direct its New York public relations practice. Cohen, a seasoned New York City-based public relations professional, was an advisor to then-chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, US Congresswoman lleana Ros-Lehtinen and director of internal communications for the US Department of Homeland Security. He launched and managed four still-thriving Congressional Member Organizations – the House Hellenic-Israel Alliance, the House Legal Reform Caucus, the House Sovereignty Caucus and the House United Kingdom Caucus. Full Picture announced the recent promotion of Jesse Parker Stowell to vice president of Public Relations. In his new role, Stowell will continue to oversee media and talent relations for the entertainment, lifestyle and beauty divisions including clients Revlon, vitaminwater, Living Proof and Brooklyn Decker, but will now also handle strategy and execution for the fashion and hospitality divisions that include clients Victoria’s Secret and Mondrian Hotel. Ayzenberg Group announced that Bill Buckley has joined the agency as vice president, Brand Integration. Prior to his hire, Buckley served as the director of Sales and Marketing for The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles, and the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE, where he was responsible for the positioning and marketing communications for the two iconic downtown Los Angeles properties. Buckley has history with the Marriott International brand including serving as the National Director of Entertainment Sales and Promotions for the entire Marriott portfolio and will continue to work with the hotel chain through Ayzenberg.
