Roll Call: Nothing Is Free
Considering that Roll Call is the only Capitol Hill newspaper with a subscription-based website (Politico, The Hill are free)…, this newsstand area in Union Station struck us as interesting, since Roll Call is the only one absent.
(Of course, perhaps Roll Call’s “nothing is free” policy is wise…the paper does pretty well financially…)

Yes, you’re right. We’re not in Union Station. We have a paid subscriber base. It wouldn’t be fair to our paid subscribers if we gave it away for free.
