John McNeel (left) has been named Fleishman-Hillard’s global MD of strategic integration, effective April 2. He’ll be based in New York reporting to CEO, Dave Senay. The hire is another step in the integration direction that the agency has been heading in. “We are building a fleet of analytics assets and partners, planners, creative directors, filmmakers and other amazing social media and new-era storytellers around the globe,” said Senay in a statement. McNeel will work across regions, focusing on areas like analytics and creative support. He was previously the president of global clients for TBWA and spent many years with Saatchi & Saatchi, at one point serving as CEO in Turkey and the Middle East.

The Cannes Lions PR Jury has been named. Among those on the list are Jody Venturoni, EVP at Hill+Knowlton Strategies; Marian Salzman, North American CEO , Euro RSCG Worldwide PR; and Joe Sinclair, creative director with Burson-Marstellar in the U.K. Gail Heiman, global vice chair at Weber Shandwick is the Jury president. Wendy’s, which recently bested Burger King to become the number two burger joint in the country, has chosen Craig Bahner as the company’s new CMO, effective April 2. He’ll also be a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Bahner spent 20 years at P&G, most recently working as VP of North America retail hair, responsible for brands like Pantene and Head & Shoulders. He also worked on P&G’s home and fabric care division for a time in Japan. At Wendy’s he’ll report to the CEO Emil Brolick.

Edelman has launched a new Wellness 360 offering, an area based on three themes: connecting client products and services to issues of healthy living; redefining the consumer healthcare market to focus on wellness; and helping employers create healthy work environments. Wellness 360 will be lead by Jennifer Pfahler, an EVP in the health practice. Pfahler moderated an event on Monday at the Edelman New York offices that focused on these wellness ideas.

John PL Kelly has joined SKDKnickerbocker as SVP in the New York office. He was previously head of the comms division at the NYC department of health. Prior to that, he was the head of PR for the Port Authority of N.Y. & N.J.

D’Arcy Rudnay has been named chief comms officer at Comcast, retaining her SVP of corporate communications title. She’ll be in charge of the company’s brand, image, and reputation, while also handling the comms associated with the NBCUniversal deal. She’s been with the company since 2003. [via]
