Warner Brothers’ DC Entertainment has named Courtney Simmons SVP of publicity overseeing media relations and internal comms. Previously, she was VP of communications for Disney Interactive Media Group.

CBS’ SVP of communications Jeff Ballabon is leaving the network after two years. “With the change in leadership, it’s time for me to leave as well,” he wrote in a memo that is currently posted on TVNewser.

Story Partners has added four to its Washington D.C. team, including Anne Brady, who joins as VP, and Mollie O’Dell who is a director with the firm. Previously, Brady was deputy chief of staff to Congressman Mark Schauer. And O’Dell most recently worked with North Bridge Communications.

Ad Age reporter Michael Bush is joining MSLGroup as VP and communications director later this month. Prior to Ad Age, Bush was a reporter at PRWeek. He replaces Elizabeth Vincenzino, who left the firm earlier this month.

The Barclays Center in Brooklyn, the new home for the Nets basketball team, has a new VP of programming, Sean Saadeh. He will manage and direct all event bookings for the Barclays Center. He was previously the executive director of booking for AEG Facilities, overseeing the arena in Arizona.
