Allison+Partners hired Henk Campher, a self-described sustainability activist most recently with Edelman, as its EVP for social impact. Campher is one of the executives who left the latter firm earlier this year in response to its continued work with the American Petroleum Institute, and in his new role he will co-lead A+P’s Social Impact group along with co-founder Scott Pansky. Campher, a native South African, has more than 20 years experience in the sustainability sector; he previously worked for Oxfam in the U.K.
