Roles Change On NYT's Politics Desk; Gordon Back To BET
Those changes on The New York Times’s national desk have prompted some shuffling in the politics department, reports Politico. Jeff Zeleny will become a daily reporter; Matt Bai will leave the NYT magazine to become a columnist in newsprint; and Jim Rutenberg will work in an investigate capacity.
Ed Gordon will go back to BET to host a new regular show. His National Public Radio show News and Notes was cancelled last year after four years on the air.
