Richard Rosen Moves From WWD To Newsday

Richard Rosen is taking his near quarter-century of New York journalism experience back to the traditional newsroom.  Newsday editor-in-chief Debby Krenek and executive editor Debbie Henley sent a memo to their staff letting them know that Rosen will be leaving his position as WWD managing editor to assume the same role at their paper.  Starting in early 2011, Rosen will manage the Long Island desk and oversee business and sports under Hanley’s guidance.

Prior to WWD, Rosen spent 24 years in various editor roles at the New York Daily News, The New York Times, and Bloomberg News.
