Revolving Door: Public Architecture Director John Cary Resigns
Public Architecture, the non-profit group who founded the 1% Program, encouraging firms to promise to spend 1 percent of their time doing charitable work, will see its long-time executive director stepping down. John Cary, who has been with the group for the past six and a half years, has announced that he will be leaving the group. During his time there, Public Architecture has designed a number of projects, largely centered around the Bay Area.
