By default, Reddit will personalize the advertisements and content you see in an attempt to show you things you may be interested in. However, did you know that you can turn off this personalization? Our guide will show you how this works.

Step 1: Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Tap “Settings.”
Step 3: Under “Advanced,” tap “Personalization Preferences.”
Step 4: Scroll down and tap the toggle to the right of any permission you wish to turn off.
