Richard Beckman quits Vice Media after less than a year on the job. The former Condé Nast executive, who was publisher of Vogue and Vanity Fair and CEO of Fairchild Publications, came on board as CRO last May with a great deal of fanfare and had success helping launch Viceland, but wants to move on. “It’s been a remarkable year, but my entrepreneurial skills beckoned, and I wanted the opportunity to focus on all my skills running something rather than just my sales and marketing skills,” Beckman told the New York Post.
