Ravindran Named Senior Vice President, Chief Digital Officer of WaPoCo

    Vijay Ravindran has been named senior vice president and chief digital officer of The Washington Post Company. He will assume his responsibilities with the Company in February 2009.

    “We are fortunate to have Vijay join the Company as we focus increasingly on electronic media,” said Donald E. Graham, chairman and chief executive officer of The Washington Post Company. “Vijay is widely recognized as one of the top innovators in the field.
