RadarOnline.com Charged With Child Labor Law Violations For Filming Babies

Celebrity gossip website RadarOnline.com has made a name for itself by covering the Octomom drama. The night the first two octuplets came home from the hospital, RadarOnline was with Octomom Nadya Suleman in her SUV, filming the family. California’s State Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet says that filming violated the labor code. Four citations for six violations have been issued against the website. The citations carry a $3,000 fine. From the Los Angeles Times:

Under the state’s labor code, the website should have obtained an entertainment permit for filming any child between 15 days and 18 years old.
