“My work is almost a caricature of time. You can look at it like a commercial illustration and grasp very quickly what it is—it’s a hot dog, it’s a piece of pie, it’s a bow tie. Only when you look at it for a long time do you see how funny it is, how changed it is from what appeared to be a real thing into this collection of multidimensional perceptions.
