quadrantOne Names Sales Exec CEO
quadrantOne, a local news site joint venture between several major newspaper giants, has been without a CEO for several months. In an unusual move, they are promoting the top sales executive to take over that role.
Mario Diez, who was named svp of national sales for quadrantOne in April, has been installed as the company’s CEO. Diez was previously vp of Aperture sales at Datran Media. Before that he spent three years as vp of Eastern Region sales at Centro.
