Puzzle & Dragons developer GungHo Online unveils new mobile game Freak Tower

Following up the monumental success of its mobile phenomenon Puzzle & Dragons, developer GungHo Online Entertainment America has announced the launch of Freak Tower, a tower management game that combines tower building with tower defense.

Freak Tower greatly resembles NimbleBit’s Tiny Tower, as users are given a purse of coins and premium Jewels that are used to build new apartments and businesses. Apartments are inhabited by Freaks, each of which has an ideal job type and will offer bonuses to players that make sure they’re employed in that dream job.

Pulling the arm of the slot machine activates an automated elevator, delivering guests to their desired floors, and bonus Freaks can appear to instantly complete the construction of a room, or greatly speed up a current timer, as examples.
