Publicis Acquires Chinese Firm
Publicis Groupe has acquired Chinese PR and marketing firm Genedigi Group, which has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.
Genedigi Group has 400 comms pros on staff and works with more than 50 clients domestically and abroad across industries like consumer goods, automotive, and IT. Its work covers PR, events, digital marketing, and research.
Genedigi will continue to operate under its own name and under the leadership of founder Xiao Jun. It’s now part of the MSLGroup Greater China network of 650 staff members in 11 offices.
