DigitalProduct review app Yabbly updated with Lists for easier product sharingBy Brandy Shaul|November 27, 2013ShareBy Brandy Shaul|November 27, 2013ShareImage via YabblyCredit:Yabbly has announced the release of an updated version of its product review app on iOS, which allows mobile users to browse thousands of products, sharing their favorites and recommending items to others based on its Q&A community. The app now offers Yabbly Lists, offering a “Pinterest-like” experience on mobile for quick browsing of items in specific categories.First released last November, the original Yabbly experience allows users to crowdsource gift or product ideas, posting a question on a mobile forum of sorts, and then receive responses from users with experience with the product in question. With Yabbly Lists, users can create lists of their favorite things, like video games and gadgets, or even virtual items including iPhone apps or websites. These lists already represent a third of all activity on the Yabbly website, which received the feature in beta testing a few months ago.“The exciting thing is we believe lists lend themselves more to mobile than Q&A – they’re more scrollable, swipeable and tappable,” said Tom Leung, Yabbly CEO, in a company blog post. “They’re also more visually appealing since we make the images a big part of the experience. With that in mind, we believe our iPhone users will really warm to this new feature.”The Yabbly app is now available to download for free on iOS.
