Prevent Google Search Redirect To Local Country Domains

If you are located in some country outside US typing in Google.com you will be redirected to local Google domain. Google does it because local country domains are made to provide more relevant results to local country users, but it can be very annoying if you want to search some topic unrelated to country.  I just find out that there are very simple solution to this problem.
