Precorder for iPhone: Records Video Before You Press Record
I stumbled upon but have not tried an interesting (99 cent launch sale price) iPhone app that is always recording video and buffers the previous 10 seconds once you press the record button. The idea is that many people miss recording events because they press the record button too late.

It launched this week and has 5-star average customer rating with 19 ratings (so far).
My only concern? I wonder what kind of battery drain continued use causes (without pressing the record button)?
