Precise Location Can No Longer Be Tagged in Tweets

The feature is still available via Twitter’s updated camera

Twitter removed a little-used feature from its tweet composer but didn’t do away with it altogether.

The social network said in a Twitter Support tweet that most people are not taking advantage of the ability to tag their precise location in tweets, so it pulled the feature in the interest of simplification.

Users who still want to tag their precise locations can still do so via Twitter’s updated camera, however.
