Gannett Newspaper Celebrates Another Stellar Awards Year

Poughkeepsie Journal once again dominates the New York News Publishers Association honor roll.

NYNPALogoWhen the New York News Publishers Association officially presents its 2015 Awards for Excellence next month in Albany, N.Y., the oldest daily newspaper in the state will once again own the room.

The Poughkeepsie Journal, purchased by Gannett in 1977, learned this week that its impressive run at these awards has continued. From their report:
