Porter Novelli Acquires Voce

Porter Novelli announced today that it acquired Silicon Valley agency Voce Communications.

Voce was founded in 1999 by Richard Cline, David Black and Matthew Podboy. Cline, Voce’s president, will become global tech practice lead for PN and a member of the firm’s executive committee, reporting to PN CEO Gary Stockman.

PRWeek writes that Voce reported about $12 million in annual revenue and has 30 employees in San Francisco. Those employees will merge with Porter Novelli’s tech practice.
