POLITICO’s Byron Tau announced on Twitter today that he’s leaving the Rosslyn-based political news outlet.
Some personal news: After four years, Wednesday is my last day at @politico. Joining the @WSJ DC bureau next week.

Tau has covered the White House, campaigns, and lobbying for POLITICO since 2010. Starting next week he’ll cover the White House for the Wall Street Journal.
He told FishbowlDC, “Sad to leave so many great friends and colleagues at Politico behind, but I’m excited for a new beat and a new challenge.”
