PlayStudios Launches myVegas Blackjack on Mobile

myVegas Slots developer PlayStudios has announced the newest game in its social casino franchise, myVegas Blackjack. The mobile title combines virtual currency blackjack tables with real-world rewards in the form of hotel stays, buffet tickets, food vouchers and more at popular Las Vegas resorts (and the occasional location outside of Nevada). In myVegas Blackjack, players have access to three overall varieties of blackjack, each of which contains tables branded after real-world locales, like the MGM Grand, New York-New York and Excalibur, among others. Players begin with the standard single deck blackjack experience, betting 25-1,000 chips at a time at the starter MGM Grand table. Users can change the play speed to suit their tastes, which is reflected in the speed of dealing cards. From there, standard blackjack rules apply. Users receive two cards and try to reach as close to 21 points as possible, with ace being one or 11. Gamers can split their bet when dealt a 20, or purchase insurance when the dealer is showing an ace. For each hand played, users fill a loyalty points meter on the side of the screen. Each time this meter hits the top, players earn loyalty points. By logging into Facebook, existing myVegas Slots players can carry over their loyalty points accounts and continue earning new points where they left off. Since gameplay currency is separated between both games, users can earn more loyalty points each day by remembering to play both games.As players continue to engage with myVegas Blackjack, they level up and unlock new tables and game modes. These include progressive multi-deck blackjack and free bet blackjack.
