Playboy Enterprises Now Officially Sleeping with the Enemy
The deal was announced in August, but as of November 1, it is official. The online and TV businesses of Playboy Enterprises Inc. (PEI) are now in the hands of The Manwin Group, a company based out of Luxembourg with offices in LA, Montreal, London and Hamburg.
Manwin operates YouPorn, Brazzers and various other adult online sites, of the kind that have put the boot to Playboy’s tame centerfolds. All told, Manwin’s X-rated holdings draw in a staggering 60 million daily visitors.
