Pinterest: Here’s How to Add a Collaborator to a Board

Did you know Pinterest allows you to add other users to your boards as collaborators, so that they can save Pins to the boards, as well? Our guide will show you how to add a collaborator to one of your boards.

Step 1:  Tap “Saved” in the bottom-right corner of the screen to go to your profile.

Step 2: Tap the board you want to add a collaborator to.

Step 3: Tap the “+” icon on the right side of the screen.

Step 4: Either tap one of the suggested users Pinterest presents you with, or tap the magnifying glass to search for a Pinterest user manually.

If you tapped a user Pinterest recommended, tap “Send invite” to invite the user to be a collaborator on your board. Note: You can tap the template message if you want to type a different invitation message.

If you tapped the magnifying glass, follow these steps.

Step 1: After tapping the magnifying glass, type the user’s name.

Step 2: Tap the correct user in the search results that appear. Note: You can add multiple collaborators to a board at once by searching for multiple users.

Step 3: When you’re done selecting the users you want to add as collaborators, tap “Done” in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Tap “Send invite” at the bottom of the screen to invite the user(s) to be a collaborator on your board.
