Philly Inquirer Editor Larrick Dies

Sad news from our neighbor to the south. Longtime Philadelphia Inquirer editor Bruce Larrick died of a heart attack on his 59th birthday. According to the Inquirer‘s Martha Woodall, Larrick was sharing a pizza and pinot noir dinner with his wife when his defibrillator pacemaker went off repeatedly. Paramedics reported him dead shortly after he arrived at a nearby hospital.

Larrick worked both the national and international desks at the newspaper.
