Path's Dylan Casey Reportedly Defects to Yahoo
Marissa Mayer recruiting social experts for Yahoo's digital evolution
Dylan Casey, most recently product management director at Path, has defected to Yahoo, All Things Digital reported. It is unclear what Casey's role will be at Yahoo, but CEO Marissa Mayer—Casey's former Google colleague—has been recruiting social media experts in order to spur the company's digital overhaul.
Casey was at photo-sharing social network Path since 2011. Before joining Path, Casey led and developed Google's real-time search team and worked on Google+. He was also partially responsible for a short-lived redesign of the Google navigation bar.
