Panasonic, Quattro Pushing Link-to-Cell Gadget

Panasonic has launched a mobile ad campaign to promote its Link-To-Cell DECT technology that lets people make cellular calls from their landlines, MediaPost reports. Quattro Wireless, the mobile ad network, is powering the campaign.

The mobile ads will let customers click through to Amazon.com to buy the Panasonic Bluetooth base station directly. The base station lets subscribers connect anywhere in the home and make cell phone calls without having to use their handsets; instead, they can use more comfortable (and less radiation-producing, if you buy into that whole thing) Panasonic cordless phones.
