Overdrive Adds New Help Section to its ‘Virtual Branch’ Websites

Last week Overdrive started rolling out a beta version of its new help pages. OverDrive and its library partners have seen tremendous growth in the past two months, as more and more people download eBooks and audiobooks from the library.

Because of this increased usage, libraries have been asked an overwhelming number of  questions about basic functions from first-time users. The  My Help is intended to make it easier for users to get the answers they need about their gadgets.
