Open API Pops Out of Twitoaster

Twitoaster, an application that molds Twitter conversations into threads, launched its open application-program interface, which will allow developers to integrate the app within their own apps, GigaOM reported.

The company also introduced a WordPress plug-in, which feeds Twitter replies about blog posts to blogs’ comments section, according to GigaOM. One widget with the plug-in offer analytics, while the other lists the 20 most recent conversations about that post.

Tweepz, which enables users to search for people on Twitter, will use the Twitoaster API, GigaOM reported.
