Oopsy: WJLA Botches Ex-Mayor's Name

There’s no disputing that ex-Washington, D.C. Mayor and City Councilman Marion Barry can be a bitch of a name to spell. So many ways to get tripped up — the “a” or “o” in the first name, the “e” or “a” in the surname. Today WJLA screwed it up by writing it like this in a headline on an AP story: “Marion Berry.”
